The reactable, is a multi-user electronic music instrument with a tabletop tangible user interface. Several simultaneous performers share complete control over the instrument by moving physical objects on a luminous table surface. By moving and relating these objects, representing components of a classic modular synthesizer, users can create complex and dynamic sonic topologies, with generators, filters and modulators, in a kind of tangible modular synthesizer or graspable flow-controlled programming language. This application costs $0.99 on the iTunes App Store. In my option, this application really demonstrates the iPhone's technical abilities that none other can match. To use Ocarina, all you have to do is blow into the microphone! By doing this, it actually plays notes just like a flute. When you create songs, you can share them with other Ocarinians around the world. Using the interface, you can listen to other songs that other people play and favorite them if you wish.
