A wandering and wondering George Bush brain slowly dissolves into a mush of lack of involvement and interest in what has happened to our country's finances and what WILL happen. Bush just wants to get the hell out of the kitchen because he can't stand the heat. He is trying to shift responsibility of the mess up front so he can somehow take blame off his hands.
