For those that don't know, Brutallus is TBC's patchwerk fight - a pure dps fight, and quite literally the best dps benchmark available. This should bring a close to the argument of ret paladins being viable dps - I did 1927 DPS, competing against full tier6 warlocks, rogues, and any other pure dps class, finishing 6th. This is also one of the few fights that top guilds view as a ret paladin being a necessity, because judgements are indeed that powerful. Lieutenant General William E. Odom, U.S. Army (Ret.), is a Senior Fellow with Hudson Institute and a professor at Yale University. As Director of the National Security Agency from 1985 to 1988, he was responsible for the nation's signals intelligence and communications security. From 1981 to 1985, he served as Assistant Chief of Staff for Intelligence, the Army's senior intelligence officer. From 1977 to 1981, General Odom was Military Assistant to the President's Assistant for National Security Affairs, Zbigniew Brzezinski. As a member of the National Security Council staff, he worked upon strategic planning, Soviet affairs, nuclear weapons policy, telecommunications policy, and Persian Gulf security issues. He graduated from the United States Military Academy in 1954, and received a Ph.D. from Columbia University in 1970. Gen. Odom spoke on January 12, 2007 at a forum on Iraq sponsored by the Congressional Progressive Caucus.

His "tiny force" of South Vietnamese marines was poised on one side of the Dong-Ha Bridge to take on the "enormous force" of North Vietnamese troops ready to attack from the other side. Undaunted, the determined Captain Ripley decided to take the situation in his own hands to bring down the bridge. Lugging explosives on his back and under heavy enemy fire, he precariously crawled under the bridge, set the explosives and blew up the massive structure.

Soloed Onyxia as a ret pally in WotLK Beta. Didn't use any casted heals, all healing came from SoL and JoL. Fight lasted around 20 minutes, easily done on the first attempt. All the cries of SoC and SoV being OP, I think SoL is being ignored. I like it and all, but obviously I don't think this is intended by Blizz. It was a lot of fun though. Music is Pressure & Music Monks by Seeed.
