http://www.AlienDeceptions.Com http://www.kevinsmithshow.com (PHOENIX, AZ) Luca Scatamburlo, the Italian journalist who broke the story on the alleged William Rutledge and his story of the alleged secret mission of Apollo 20, has backed away from reporting on UFOs and related topics. In a rather cryptic message sent to Alien Seeker News, Scatamburlo says he is no longer going to be reporting on such topics as the mysterious and alleged Apollo 20 mission. The K-FILES Ezine has obtained a copy of that e-mail in which Scatamburlo states: Unfortunately I decided not discussing and talking anymore on this controversial and fascinating topics. I would like to write and say more... in the future: maybe one day I will have the chance to tell you what really happened. He included two links in his e-mail. They are links to videos alleged to be from the Apollo 20 mission, and they show what appears to be the body of an extraterrestrial. The body appears to be very human looking, and has facial features we would associate with Asian features. Last year, a person claiming to be William Rutledge began posting videos on YouTube. The videos were alleged to be of a secret manned mission to the moon--Apollo 20. Officially, NASA ended the Apollo missions with Apollo 17. That was the last flight to the moon by an Apollo spacecraft--officially. Two more missions had already been paid for, the spacecraft built, and the crews trained. But NASA suddenly announced an end to their Apollo missions to the moon. After the end of the Apollo moon missions (Apollo 17 was the final one), there was one more official flight of an Apollo spacecraft. This was when American astronauts linked up with a USSR spacecraft for the first time. Although not called Apollo 18 by NASA, that is how it was named by many other nations in their reporting of the historic event. Rutledge gave an e-mail interview to Scatamburlo in which he said he was the Commander of Apollo 20. Rutledge said he has been a contract test pilot for the USAF prior to Apollo 20. He claimed he commanded the joint USA/USSR mission to the moon aboard Apollo 20, and launched out of Vandenberg AFB. The purpose of the mission was to explore ruins photographed by previous Apollo missions. The video Rutledge posted on YouTube was video that purported to be a fly-over of what appeared to be a long-disabled spacecraft laying on the lunar surface. It also showed a walk through of a large building in ruins. There was a great deal of debate about whether these were the real thing, or very well done hoaxes. That debate still goes on. Rutledge, always elusive, disappeared after the Scatamburlo interview. Efforts were made by Kevin Smith and television producer Robert Kiviat to track down Rutledge for further interview. The trail led to, and ended, at the doorstep of a Frenchman who steadfastly refused to answer e-mails. Scatamburlo was interviewed by Kevin on the show, and disclosed what he knew of Rutledge and the alleged Apollo 20 mission. Although he was not absolutely convinced of Rutledge's bona fides, Scatamburlo said that Rutledge used enough technical terminology (which Scatamburlo verified as NASA terminology), that he was convinced Rutledge had been associated with NASA in some way. The story died on the vine--until April 9, 2008. That is when the K-FILES Ezine came into possession of Scatamburlo's odd e-mail to Alien Seeker News. What does Scatamburlo mean when he says, "maybe one day I will have the chance to tell you what really happened"? Why does he suddenly have to stop writing about this topic? Perhaps an inkling of the reasons are found in the words that came just prior to that statement. ...I can swear to you that in the past months the interest on my writings was very high: especially from very well-known institutions, here in Italy and abroad. What "institutions"? Was he contacted by NASA and told to lay off the story? Was he contacted by some other agency of the USA? Did the Italian arm of the ESA (European Space Agency) tell him to back off? For now, we do not know. For now, we can only report what he said, and hope that the full story will surface in time. The links provided by Scatamburlo are: http://revver.com/video/797542/apollo-20-ebe-mona-lisa-tv-unscheduled-transmission/ http://revver.com/video/797241/apollo-20-ebe-mona-lisa-16-mm-film/ Be warned that both these videos are startling and visually disturbing. It is our position, at this time, that these videos are hoaxed by whoever provided them to Scatamburlo. However, we cannot be certain at present that these are hoaxed videos. Hoaxes or not, these videos only add to the deepening mystery of the William Rutledge-Apollo 20-Luca Scatamburlo story.
