He doesn't neccessarily mean Ali (AS) and Hussain (AS) the people, but the meaning of the words. My god is Ali (The Most High). My Religion is Hussain (Beautiful). It does make reference to Ahlul Bayt (AS) but its much deeper than that, you have to look at it with an open mind. Poetry often isn't straightfoward.
