Josh Barrnett says there is no difference between the two. Sakuraba lists Pro Wrestling as his fighting style (which is 4-1 against the Gracies) and still promotes it as legitimate style. Pride FC came out of Pro Wrestling and shared the same fan base. The moves used are real just in a choreographed fashion. Not like the WWE.
