Are their some brain bugs running labs behind the scenes or are the bugs just very fortunate that their evolution always seems to produce a new weapon for them? Also what do the bugs breath? Big bugs need highly oxygenated atmospheres to grow big. Does the novel tell us anything more about the bug thats not in the film?

Oct 31, 2008 - Watch the Tesca campaign again, around part 5 I think. You'll see a nest with (I believe it were) Nurser bugs. You'll see they add the DNA of the victims to their newbloods. That's how that adapt.
