Jan 1, 2008 - i was watching your vid on making curd-yogurt and posting a response has been disabled. just wanted to say a formaer employer of mine from lebenon had taught me to make super thick fab yogurt- gal whole milk, quart heavy cream. makign this i have only about 2-3 T of whey. great for making yougurt cakes, cheese, dips etc.
