danielskennedy Says:

Nov 21, 2008 - At the risk of sounding cleche', they don't write 'em like that any more. This song is a Rock Symphoney. Todays "Artists" never put this much passion into their work. There is alot of good stuff out today but there seems to be this air of manufactured disposability to alot of todays music. Songs these days seem to be cranked out for the only purpose of commercial expediency and the all mighty dollar. Carry On!!!

danielskennedy Says:

Nov 21, 2008 - THIS, THIS is what Rock and Roll was meant to be.

am2boni Says:

Nov 21, 2008 - You hit the nail on the head. Back in the day, this is what it was all about. Nothing but pure classic Rock!!! Carry On!!!

edwinlin Says:

Nov 22, 2008 - lol i know huh. they respect a plastic controller more than the real thing. maybe because this generation has only enough attention span to pay attention to flashing lights on a TV screen.

crash2052 Says:

Nov 22, 2008 - I think I heard this on Supernatural!!

anoniemsecret Says:

Nov 22, 2008 - i can play the intro riff :D after 50 seconds XD

bestskier1 Says:

Nov 22, 2008 - I think Eric Cartman said it best in South Park: "Uhh...dude, real guitars are for old people" But you're right, people need to stop confusing guitar hero with real music

Haloeater3 Says:

Nov 22, 2008 - People need to stop reading comments like this one and ignore what other people think and do what they want.

nwester627 Says:

Nov 22, 2008 - im part of the guitar hero generation but real guitar is a million times better

M0RGANO Says:

Nov 22, 2008 - iits on the season finalies freaken amazing music they pick on that show.....

an04RoadKing Says:

Nov 22, 2008 - This song is a LOT of fun to play live. And if you want to know what a joke Rock Band or Guitar Hero are then find the clip of Rush playing Tom Sawyer (their own song!) and see how low their scores are (it's like a 37 or something). Real heroes - guitar or otherwise - don't need a marketing scheme. They simply ARE heroes. (Aww...) "Hey, who put this soap box under my feet?" *stepping down*

magicalbilly Says:

Nov 22, 2008 - it's a game, it's a distraction. for the love of FUCK why do people think it's stoping people playing music? you're all retards

bsoxbeatu Says:

Nov 22, 2008 - the reason for that is because guitar hero is so different from guitar itself. in gh, u have 5 frets of buttons and 1 thing to strum, and on guitar u got 6 strings, about 20 frets each (unless ur on acoustic), and u usually use a pick, instead of a button
