Although there are time restrictions ( i.e. The ` Clear Zone` ); these did not apply to my vehicle because it displays a valid Nottm City Centre ACCESS PERMIT. Aug 2, 2008 - You went past where I work on Angel Row! I love Nottingham, don't care what anyone says, it's my home and I've lived here all my life. Funnily enough, it's always the people who don't live here who insult it and say it's "the worst place to live" etc. etc. Oh and ssosofsofisofia, Nottingham Uni (where I went) is about a 10 min bus ride outside the city. It's actually on University Boulvard, which if you follow the road straight on to Castle Boulvard, gets you more or less in the centre.
