Two songs, including "Let My People Go." Bad video on my VHS tape has been replaced with still frames. The audio is intact. Since "Night Music" is almost twenty years old, no longer on the air, unavailable on DVD or VHS, and only partially excerpted in this segment, I believe it falls under "fair use." Specifically, "the amount and substantiality of the portion used in relation to the copyrighted work as a whole; and the effect of the use upon the potential market for or value of the copyrighted work." If the copyright owner makes this show available on VHS or DVD, then I will remove this video from YouTube without complaint.

Jul 28, 2008 - I was lucky to be in the audience when this show was done. It was the first time I had heard Diamanda and it almost scared me. Also on this show (if I remember correctly) were Sonic Youth, Indigo Girls and Evan Lurie. during a great deal of the show, Daniel Lanois sat directly behind in the bleacher seating. It was an interesting night and a great way to end a week in NY for the AES Show.
