May 14, 2008 - it not that hard to understand that HIV is so hard to cure because i changes so much...if you went in and found out you had a certain type of HIV and wanted the cure and you came back the next month you would have a whole different type of HIV and they would need a new cure....there could be thousands of different types of HIV, so i know its easy for the people thats typing to just say "why don't they cure it" but its not that easy...

Sep 3, 2008 - Hepheron - You do not die from HIV directly. It simply weakens your immune system such that you cannot fight off other infections & strange cancers that your immune system would usually handle. AIDs includes the panopoly of other diseases that occur when the immune system has been crippled. So you do not die of "AIDs" but of the diseases/cancers that your body fails to fend off. I hope that is clear.
