Well UFC for one thing has rules that basically make sure the fighter don't leave with any serious injuries, the refs will always stop it before someone gets seriously hurt, and at the first sign of serious bleeding the fight is stopped. Yes WWE is a glorified stunt show, but they also do those stunts many times a week. Stunts that can easily injure anyone
