Dec 3, 2008 - Basically because Windows works on about any hardware out there. Apple made a choice a long time ago to not go down the Windows route & wanted to concentrate on quality over quantity. Microsoft would rather have their stuff on more machines & suffer loss of quality control, which is inevitable when you try to make an OS work with so many machines, so many different drivers, etc. Whereas Apple would rather have a smaller market share & be able to deliver a better product overall.

Dec 4, 2008 - I work with both Vista and Mac and even though Windows nowadays obviously has some things inspired by Mac its still a big difference no what people say. Even though I don't support both of them I think this is kind of a shameless stab to Microsoft by just showing the same programs but then in Vista... Yeah it looks exactly the same, no shit...
