If AbuMuaadh had ANY knowledge of Islam they would knw that Naats and praising of the prophet were actually permitted by our holly prophet himself during his lifetime. When the first person recited a Naat in our prophets glory he did so by first asking the prophet if he was permitted to do so, which the prophet allowed him to do and was pleased with it.
