Oct 8, 2008 - Mccain has a banner ad that appears on youtube claiming Obama office pays unequally. But the page on the McCain site it links to, uses an average of all men vs all women, which skews the info simply because there may be higher pay band positions held by one gender vs the other. This isn't about gender quotas. If you want to measure equal pay, you have to compare a woman and a man doing the same job. So again, McCain distorting the truth.

McCain female staffers were paid $55,878 on average while male staffers were paid $53,936. Obama female staffers were paid $45,152 on average while Obama Male staffers were paid $54,397. Even though Obama paints himself as the the patron saint of women, he doesn't act on his words.
