Bill Doss and W. Cullen Hart, I think it was. They were both part of the Elephant 6 Collective (ever hear of it?), although OTC was much more a part of it than Of Montreal.

Nov 7, 2008 - The only person that gets "hurt" when using psychedelics are those who misuse them. Health-wise they are totally safe. I'm sure that the Barneses (david, wife & brother) use a lot more than acid. Acid isn't even that great when it comes to hallucinations, especially auditory. I'd bet they've tried much more including some great "Schuligans". I can say the best of montreal ever sounded to me was when I was on 2CE, the sounds created a whole landscape around me while pixels of life streamed by.
