As I've mentioned in one of the earlier comments, this website: lightuponlight dot com, has discussed this issue, and as far as I remember, there is an explanation for this.

Feb 4, 2008 - Salam XY But brother Allah say that His name is 99, that is asmaul husna. Ar Rahman is basicly means the same with Ar Rahim. It's all about love but still it's different in a way. So I think they are there for a reason, because Allah never created such a waste that we can just delete. And in this case I believe it's just an accident. That's make us human, coz human makes mistakes, Not Allah.
