Aug 11, 2008 - Dude, John Wetton a studio performer?? He was one of pioneering bassists of the 70s... Asia maybe studio but go see JW playing live with King Crimson, his bass solos will blow your skinny little pants off your withering ass.

Sep 3, 2008 - where did u get this dvd ? thanks

dappawap Says:

Sep 5, 2008 - Steve Howe plays more interesting parts; more experienced and he was the main guitarist of Asia as well as Yes. When I hear this it sounds like they kind of gave the guitarist very little time to learn the parts. Pat Thrall is a good rock guitarist but when Howe plays we know it is him from his unique style.

violondudiable Says:

Sep 5, 2008 - They have a quite similar look, thats why i was confused... And of course, Steve has more unique sound, but Pat's works very well also....

Oct 23, 2008 - Wetton is a very, very good bassist but come on now, we all know who was the king of the 4 strings...THE OX, John Entwistle !!! I'm glad to see this ASIA posted..I loved this first album when I was in high school in '82 !! Great record...Stil is !

selatik1 Says:

Oct 23, 2008 - This song is like half YES, half Genesis.

selatik1 Says:

Oct 26, 2008 - John Wetton

blue67ccm Says:

Oct 26, 2008 - This is from one of the best rock albums of the 1980s. Almost every song is STRONG, and continue to stand the test of time. Usually, "supergroups" don't work, and though Asia didn't last too, too long, and their best work was at the beginning, they definitely left their mark on rock music. GREAT group!

portal0901 Says:

Nov 1, 2008 - I think it's he's singing "solitary fire", but it actually says "solitary fighter" at the bottom. How ironic.
