Sep 27, 2008 - It is a cool song! Didn't get that high on the charts here in the US; it peaked at #27 in Sept. '68. Al had a big #1 hit here in Jan. '74 that apparently was never released in the UK; it's called "Show and Tell," my absolute favorite from high school (class of 1976). It still melts the heart and turns the knees to rubber; beautiful poetic lyrics with great delivery and music. Give a listen, I hope you like it!
