Dec 1, 2008 - well, i saw it when i was 13, and it scared me. there are a lot of frightening scenes that make you really jump, and a couple disturbing images. the themes are also somewhat disturbing. you may be able to handle it, but if your friends were afraid of disturbia, then they most likely would be afraid of this. the frightening scenes are worse and take up most of the movie, not justthe ending.but it was good with kristen stewart as an actress, thogh scary, hope this helps, sorry so long :)
