I'm not so much for the gory scenes...there kind of cheesy.These movies actually have quite a powerful message behind them(no it's not torture people to teach them life lessons,lol). Plus,John Kramer,is one of the most interesting "bad guys" I've come across,actually probably one of my favorites... But damn,i would never want to be any of the people in those movies!LOL!

Dec 3, 2008 - Yeah I agree also. I think the cover for Saw 1 is bad, gave me the impression that the movie was just about pointless gore and people getting mutilated for no reason, but it was more of a psychological movie.
