This is a st8 marriage but the guy u saw dressed as a woman or bride this is part of the game, one man dresses like woman and a woman dresses like a man. They do dance and then they do jokes to make the guest laugh. Usually they tend to imitate the father and the mother of the actual bride, just to make fun of them.
