Nov 23, 2008 - Uh... she said the wrong thing, which I am sure she regrets... people shouldn't hate her or anything though. Poor koda kumi... so talented.!~
cjayweeps Says:
Nov 26, 2008 - Not a very nice thing to say, but she shouldn't lose her career over it. How very sad.
darkxmagicianxx Says:

xXIsshinXx Says:
Nov 27, 2008 - sure maybe she said something wrong... but it's her personal belief right? can't we respect it? I mean.... they killing the career of sum1 as important as Koda Kumi over something as shallow as that? i mean come on.... be offended, and move on... tsss
julie101rox Says:
Nov 28, 2008 - The can't close her career, because it is her personal belief. and she should not be judged of wat she belives in she should be judged by her talents. and she has some good talents. so they should not shut down her career.
ittyxbittyxkitty Says:
Nov 29, 2008 - What she said has some truth to it, but how she said it was disrespectful to 35+ women. As a woman ages beyond her 30s, any children she has are MORE likely to be born with disabilities. It's just the way nature works. She probably didn't realize how it was disrespectful until it was too late. Disrespect is a serious offense in Japanese society and since young women are usually more appreciated than older women, it's understandable that older women would be deeply offended.

Nov 29, 2008 - She is cute before im not a big fan but now i am..
DjGcice Says:
Nov 29, 2008 - That is stupid.really stupid.that people get offended cos she said she want kids before 35.i want kids before my 30 doesnt mean i offend people over30 its my choice.i wanna be young to enjoy doing activity with my kids.some people say they want kids after 30.cos they want have good life for their kids.isnt that offending to under 30 that we aint capable to take care of kids??
DjGcice Says:
Nov 29, 2008 - i dont care its people choice.maybe she in hurry to have baby she can't wait.i respect her saying about wanting a kid before her 35 maybe those people are jealous . cos she famous and pretty so they jealous she will get good life ...and guy are offended cos they like her and mad she will gonna be with someone ..that exist those kind of people. they jealous of someone and then they try to destroy it
DjGcice Says:
Nov 29, 2008 - hey you thing about:As a woman ages beyond her 30s,any children she has are MORE likely to be born with disabilities. It's just the way nature works.that totaly bullshit.its depend if the young doing drug and smoke and dont eat well.its not about ages. my mom smoke alot and at 41 y.d she had her baby and he alot weird.and my cousin had her kid at 22 y.d and she dont smoke or do drug or drink and he have no prob so stop making false thing cos you made my mo, cousin and aunt laugh alot with that

banishedfaith Says:
Dec 1, 2008 - I don't know Koda Kumi that well but this song is beautiful. What is it called?
banishedfaith Says:
Dec 1, 2008 - Opps. Sorry - just saw the post by nocturnouss. Never mind.
dirulovely Says:
Dec 1, 2008 - .....What's the big deal? Yeah, it was a little inconsiderate, because she used the word rotten (or whatever the Japanese equivalent is), but it's not even really anything. Why does the Japanese media make everything so dramatic? Oooo, Aibon smoked (yeah, bad, but half a year's suspension?) OOooooo, Yaguchi had a boyfriend (she was in her 20s.) Ayu is deaf in one ear...... ok that one's pretty big, but this is so exagerrated.
reneeshaann Says:
Dec 1, 2008 - Man, I love this song...Pearl Moon. What she said was not that bad...that's her opinion, she's still a very beautiful girl and has time to have children.
KodaKumiFanatic Says:
Dec 2, 2008 - I know this isn't really relavent, but you do realize he's on like...%20, right?
KodaKumiFanatic Says:
Dec 2, 2008 - People. Kuu HAS come back, you know. "MOON" charted #2. "TABOO" charted #1. "stay with me" looks like it'll take one of those top positions, too. Plus, she has her "TRICK" album coming out in January.
blackmiyuki Says:
Dec 2, 2008 - She DOES have a point - women who have children after the age of 35 have an increased chance of complications during pregnancy which pose a health risk to both her and her baby. The child also has an increased risk of developmental disorders such as Down's syndrome. Many women - including Koda, it seems - decide it's not worth the risk to wait. She could have been more tactful, sure. But seriously, American celebrities say stupid shit all the time, and it doesn't end their career.
jephiepf Says:
Dec 3, 2008 - ほんとですね。 You're right, americans are always saying and doing ridiculous things. ( I am american ). Consider this, there is a market for outrageous comments to help save poor careers. Just look at Britney Spears. Coud the same be true for Kodo Kumi - not that her career is poor but to draw attention to her recent material? It is also interesting to note the comparison between what is considered outrageous in Japan versus USA.
BlazinNSoul Says:
Nov 20, 2008 - I really hope she returns. I also am hoping the same goes for Heartsdales as well. This is a good time to come back as I see a change in the air. With BOA on the verge of her US debut and others. Maybe it's just me but this is a year of firsts. I mean we did elect a Black President which I never thought I would ever see.
