Nov 7, 2008 - thats not true. ethan kath, who does all of the music for CC, sampled lo-bat and covox for 2 of their earliest demos that were posted on myspace. the demos were never sold and have never been performed live, thusly, have never broken the creative commons license. sure its shitty that they didnt state what samples they used, but it wasnt breaking any laws and they didnt make money off of it. it was REALLY shitty of timbaland to do what he did though.
