Nov 3, 2008 - this form of the triangle is pretty useful and i tried it on afew of my mates in my MMA dojo KMA. its really easy to convert it into an armbar from this position but wen sum1 tried it on me i was able to get my legs around his neckvfor an easy tap out which i think is the weakness of this form of the triangle, it keeps ur head open for an easy reversal and they have the leverage, try out the reversal and see if it works 4 u. p.s u hav to be quite flexible
