Now, as for the all copying Athens? The 1896 opening ceremony consisted of a speech, it being declared open, and a band and choir doing the Olympic hymn. Thats is. No show of nations, no show at all, not even an olympic flame. So before telling me to check my research, do a little of your own.

You cannot say that China copied Athens idea with the drums, and as for the fireworks, the Birdsnest has a totally different style to Athens, so how can the fireworks be in the same place? All the OCs have had their own unique styles in trying to portray their own culture, and there will be similar aspects but of different styles which are all amazing!
