Aug 23, 2008 - This is great and so, so true. I seem to have spent every possible minute in the Apple store fixing mobile me screw ups with email since it started. And I'm paying for this. One of my Macs' email doesn't work anymore. The other Mac's mailbox got synched to the cloud and lost all my mail. And now the damn cloud seems to have synched to Time Machine and lost all my backups. The video is great because it punctures the usual Mac smugness about how wonderful it always is in the Mac world.
