Apr 14, 2008 - kensington market has gotta be the gugest pocket of yuppies and hippies in the country. i realy hate how hanging out there is becoming more and more like a fuckin fasion statement. this is mostly caused by asshole U of T students and rosedale assholes trying to look cool infront of complete strangers.

Apr 24, 2008 - The locals/students, the 'vegeterian shoes stores' and the hippies are why I stay away from Kensington. It's the same problem here in Calgary, at our Kensington area.

Nov 6, 2008 - yuppies piss me off. I've grown up and live in downtown Toronto, just in the next neighborhood over from the market. Kensington was and still is a great place, but part of what makes it great is that its a community and not a place full of outsiders. but now it is full of suburban rich kids and yuppies trying to look cool and claiming to be a part of the market. But that's what happens; a place gets too cool and assholes come kill it's uniqueness and make it lame.
