Jan 18, 2007 - Checked all of them out and pretty boring. Does not compare to the Swiss.

ConnerMello2 Says:

Jan 18, 2007 - are you serious? The Cavaliers, Cadets, and Phantom Regiment drumlines are CLEAN. these guys need to focus more on losing all the "cool" stuff and getting their line free of all the ticks. like I said, cool stuff, just watery, thick, and straight up dirty playing.

Jan 18, 2007 - It's entertaining...definately can see some Blast! influence in there along with a few others. They definately backstick more than any group I've ever seen (but that doesn't necessarily make it harder - just more fun to watch). That said, give me a DCI corps any day. =)

Jan 18, 2007 - Ummm, this is the opposite of tight. Watch Some Phantom Regiment, Blue Devils, Cavaliers, Cadets.

NHDL04 Says:

Jan 18, 2007 - jbbphoto....are you joking...this is okay but it is the farthest thing from clean....phantom regiment was piss clean...your telling me that swiss is better than phantom...im sorry but no

facelesskill Says:

Jan 19, 2007 - ugh ive heard and seen better

buzzgok Says:

Jan 20, 2007 - considering that these guys look to be older than DCI age, they were not bad. They probably hold down a real job and do this 1 or 2 weekends a month.

theantiterror Says:

Feb 1, 2007 - Reminds me of the 1977 27th lancers at winter camp!! They are 30 years behind american drumming. We have high school lines that are more awe inspiring. They need a good tech, thats all. alot of great talent except in the instructional staff!!

theantiterror Says:

Feb 1, 2007 - well...ok . Heard the whole thing... maybe they need a real coordinator, a writer, and a FEW techs. I imagine this is the top of the heap over there, so I can't bust on them too bad. but really the entertainment factor is completely destroyed by the performance quality.... and in reference to some previous posts that suggest this is "better" than Phantom... they just don't get it, and never will!

beadsguy Says:

Feb 5, 2007 - Wow, I really like this! It's really cool for what it is. It's definitely no DCI corps but I really enjoyed the old fashioned approach. You don't ever see that anymore.

Gampi007 Says:

Feb 14, 2007 - Real great ! I hope our kids drumband will achieve also such a result ! Please take a look at our video repetition day (without uniform). Please let us know if you like our drumming. You can find our video under the name drum kids el fuerte repetitie. The video is not of good quality but you can see someting...

Tsumanne Says:

Aug 6, 2008 - This is an amateur corps that practices between work and only does shows during the summer. They aren't the cleanest, but they do what most corps have forgotten. Entertain. We spend so much time trying to impress other percussionists that we forget about the real purpose of drum corps. To put on a show and entertain the 99.9% of the people out there who aren't percussionists. And these guys do just that.
