Oct 28, 2008 - man u said it yourself.iced earth are influenced by maiden.i'd say that barlow is more influenced by stanley.he is sure influenced by dickinson but not in such level as he is from stanley

sebartex Says:

Oct 28, 2008 - MONUMENTAL!

mentallywounded Says:

Oct 29, 2008 - Damn i love iced earth. Every damn song is a masterpiece. Matt Barlows voice is so strong in a wicked way and fits in every moment in every song

samlewis45 Says:

Oct 30, 2008 - Whitch Stanley do you mean? (Sorry for the ignorance)

mosesposes Says:

Oct 30, 2008 - amazing how they play it just like on the album. pretty hard to find a band like that now a days.

patounboy Says:

Nov 2, 2008 - i mean paul stanley of KISS.

samlewis45 Says:

Nov 2, 2008 - Yeah I thought it could be him, he just seems a unusally influence for Matt Barlow

bacardibmx Says:

Nov 3, 2008 - these guys are going to be in my town nov.17th. i was checking out there stuff and some of it is wayy to slow but this song is fucken great!! im soo going to see them!

rocknrollguru23 Says:

Nov 3, 2008 - Dickinson is not were NEAR overrated. His voice is very VERY clear, and he can hold a note and reach a very high pitch better than most. I think he has a 5 octave range? Not sure about that, but he is one of metal's best singers for sure.

deraickripper Says:

Nov 3, 2008 - xd dickinson is overrated... 5 octaves? he is "just" 3 and a half

ddrumdiablo Says:

Nov 3, 2008 - Fucking eh man, I'm gonna be there!

rocknrollguru23 Says:

Nov 3, 2008 - Acually, I thought of Halford when I wrote the 5 thing down, posted it and went "oh shit." But whatever. I still think that it needs to be taken into consideration how unique Dickinson's vocals are. NOBODY will ever be able to replicate his vocals, at least well anyway.

Stoney15 Says:

Nov 5, 2008 - Iced Earth @ at the metro. 11/14/08. Going to ruleeeeeeeeeeeeee 3rd time seeing them1111111111111!!!

gastonn8 Says:

Nov 6, 2008 - Rob Halford is the singer with the highest voice ever, like it or not is the best heavy metal singer ever, he can push a high octave and also change his voice very low too. I read that in a independet research

rocknrollguru23 Says:

Nov 6, 2008 - Ummm...I know. Halford kicks ass. He is probobly the best metal singer...im not disagreeing with that.

Asmodi666 Says:

Nov 9, 2008 - maybe best hard rock/heavy metal singer ... there are MANY guys who slaughter him with ease in other genres .. like we hear here matt in power metal / peter tÃĪgtgren in death metal and so on ...

grahamski Says:

Nov 9, 2008 - You know, I have said that for years....That at times he sounds like Paul...Of course he is a far superior vocalist compared to Paul, but at times he does sound like him.

kalhruma Says:

Nov 10, 2008 - beaitifull song

rocknrollguru23 Says:

Nov 10, 2008 - Well no shit. I think technically he is definatly one of the best. But whatever.

Asmodi666 Says:

Nov 11, 2008 - yeah hes fuckin good hehe i didnt disagree with you in that point ;)

vitorloko2 Says:

keeponlivin81 Says:

Nov 13, 2008 - I remember the first time I heard Jon's guitar work and thinking Hetfield who? Bitchin' gallop picking. My favorite live performance ever. The whole damn band owns.

yeyeteygcbvcserzZEQ Says:

Nov 14, 2008 - does anyone knows if there are overdubs on this live performance?

Grinnar Says:

Nov 15, 2008 - I would call that your proclaimed best is purely opinion.

yeyeteygcbvcserzZEQ Says:

Nov 16, 2008 - it seems there are overdubs at least on singer's voice, looking at the video it seems it's a playback...whatever this triple live is a good best of of their work.
