There are some people who look nordic in Spain, it's true since there is an important Germanic component which arrived in Middle Ages. However, most of Spaniards, Italians and Greeks are Mediterranean like. And the only one moor country that I know in Europe in which people have mixed with the moors is France.

They're closely related to Italics culturally and linguistically. Second, Celts don't look like Germans. If Celts looked Germanics, the Irish, Cornish or Welsh (Celts) would be physically similar to the English (Germanics) in Britain but they're not.
