It has the same beat style as Calabria but without the saxophone (so it's not The Anthem by Pitbull, or any other variations of Calabria). There's also a guy singing on that track. I have no idea what the lyrics are, but the voice progresses from normal to high-pitched... any ideas?

Destination Calabria came out in 2005, and Calabria 2007 (the one you're mentioning) came out in... well... 2007. You can prefer whichever version you want, but calling Calabria 2007 "the original", when the true original pre-dates it by 4 years, well... I don't think I need to say more.
