Sep 4, 2008 - Too much evil. People will never care and never learn. Goodness is an anomaly among mankind. For example, in South America, the majority of citizens frequently petition to their governments to round up and exterminate innocent street children. There is no hope for the world.
darkfire22angel Says:
Sep 4, 2008 - There is always hope as long as some people believe in goodness. Thankyou everyone for your comments. xxx

Sep 11, 2008 - A beautiful and moving video. "I just can't comprehend, what all this fighting is for."

Sep 11, 2008 - I think so too; I've always admired the singers that really belt out the songs with a lot of power. Aretha, Bette, Leontyne, etc.

Sep 19, 2008 - Watching this great work made me think of something. To take a small quote or two from Penn & Teller, countries like Australia and the U.S have the "luxury of turning down food", while kids in third-world countries try to FIND food. To be honest, I was sickened looking at those poor kids, seeing their bones stick out like that. May God watch over them and us, and pray for a ray of hope. As for the video, truly a professional work, and you ought to be proud. Thank you for sending the message.

Sep 20, 2008 - I try not to see stuff like this because we are all doomed to live on the same planet with evil people. I just try to enjoy my life and stay from a distance from evil people.

Oct 15, 2008 - God doesn't exist. But it is still a nice song, and nice message for peace even if you remove the god rubbish.
11NewAuthor2 Says:
Oct 19, 2008 - God is alive and well. A little angry are we? You were drawn to this song and just had to make sure you commented. I remember once hearing it would take alot more faith to be an atheist, to prove God doesn't exist than to be a believer knowing by faith He does exist.
MichaelJamesMaidment Says:
Oct 20, 2008 - It is not for someone to prove a negative. You have to prove "god" exists. Atheists don't have to prove god doesn't exist. I don't have to prove unicorns don't exist, since there is no evidence that they do. Therefore, the don't exist. The burden of proof is on you. If god is alive and well, you must have empirical evidence of his existence? If not, you can't make such a claim and should be silent.
11NewAuthor2 Says:
Oct 21, 2008 - And as for 'empirical' evidence? Lets begin by looking in the mirror and seeing our uniqueness, then all around at life, everything......all created and sustained by God. You, nor I, nor everything around us happened just by chance. And yes, free will, like we exercise here, to accept or deny God, that's because we were endowed with free will from God.
vickyjayne1986 Says:
Oct 26, 2008 - I think it is of personal judgement if god exsists or not, I beleive in god, but that is my choice. However I do not think we should be discussing if god is real or not, this is a beautiful song, sang by the powerful fantasic voice of Bette Middler. Beautiful.
bbbartolo Says:
Nov 1, 2008 - what's moving is the very last credit: thanking fate for your own blessings. "there but for fortune..." we all should do that.
shredingman123 Says:
Nov 6, 2008 - Atheist long prided themselves out of the "empty hypothesis", that they dont need to prove existence for they stand on the "empty" side, so its on the shoulders of the believers to prove existence, well, if they ask is proof of God's Existence, then let me ask them, first, give us proof on "HOW DO YOU PROVE THE EXISTENCE OF PROOF THE NON-EXISTENCE OF GOD? we believers are not dumb people believing in mysticism and miracles, in fact,we are more scientific than these stereotyping sourpusses
RedKingCommandz Says:
Nov 9, 2008 - it sounds like NewAuthor is the one who is a "little angry" Im agnostic and i am taking my confirmation soon but I will not make such an arragont claim as to say that my belief is right and yours is wrong. I quite like the idea of no God because it would mean that we are kind and compassionate because we know it is the right thing to do not because God will punish us if we dont. but I still do not think there is no god though im a little doubtful, its nice to feel that someone is there for us.
RedKingCommandz Says:
Nov 9, 2008 - I gotta sing this in Church, It's a good song, brilliant lyrics and the singer isn't bad the pictures are brilliant, especially the ones with the Soldiers and the Children
haribolondon Says:
Nov 17, 2008 - I personally believe rather strongly in religious conviction but what I LOVE about this song is that it takes a message to everyone, it conveys a message: emotional, spiritual, MUSICAL! It's powerful, it's emotive and it's bloomin' sensational! Go Bette! x
