May 15, 2013 - This comment is for those people who says that this is not working. These excercises are for people that dont have much stomach fat. The reccomended fat procent is from 8% to 12%. If you have 15 or 16% fat the problem of the not visible six pack is simple. Its under your fat :O. You need to clean your food at first (no pizzas and so on), do cardio excerices (running,swimming and so on), and only then do thse excercises (btw its great). If you do these steps you will have a great six pack FAST!

May 19, 2013 - Make sure you are looking up toward the ceiling while doing the exercises not down towards your feet, also try and concentrate on your abdominals and it will help.
