Nov 11, 2013 - ok so i will say this 1 more time, already said this years ago: I tried this workout in 2008, and it WORKED WITH RUNNING CARDIO. I ran 2-3 miles then do this workout , i was weak so 1/2 the time i was jogging and walking. But it still worked. After 3 weeks, my belly got much smaller. After 5 weeks, i couldnt find my fuking fat stomach i ve been having since 3rd grade. Sadly, i got fat again, thanks to my parents :))they let me eat to much during that Christmas...LOL, so, try this, have faith and dont stop, u ll get there cuz I DID

May 12, 2014 - The thing they don't tell you about this workout is hold in your stomach and you'll build ripped slim muscle, if you don't, you'll build out, and grow an outward, but toned stomach. Also does anyone know of a similar youtube workout video for arms? No tools or equipment needed, as this workout is ideal to fit into my working week. But I need one for my arms.

Aug 19, 2014 - Some thoughts: - when doing the exercises ALWAYS look towards the ceiling or the sky (except oblique crunches, side crunches and alternating curls, when you should look towards the wall, the door or the window); this will diminish the NECK PAIN, and after a time, it will disappear; - at the beginning you should concentrate on every move so you can feel the right muscles working (those indicated by the instructor); this will help you create the right automatism so you can get faster and better results; - after getting comfortable with the exercises, and you think this is too easy, you can watch and follow the video 2-3 times in a row; - I don't think this alone will help you lose the belly, you should combine this with running.

Oct 3, 2014 - People I've been doing these exercises for 1 month and 2 weeks and it works. i'm a thin person and its easy to see the results fast because I barely have a lot of fat in my stomach but for the people who has problems seeing results you have to see what you eat and how is your belly fat. BUT IT REALLY WORK BELIEVE ME. And its normal that your neck hurts a the beginning but one week after you'll fell nothing in your neck xoxo
