Nov 17, 2013 - very motivating workout and it does bring good results. All your Workouts are great. If one has no Weight, what can you advise for the Arms exercise? It is nearly over 6 months, I have been practicing to get my strength back after indian trip, and I do appreciate that following all the clear step you instruct, I am now back to my climbing, hiking... much appreciation If you can have a workout for the back and neck ( usually the syndrome of too much sitting at the Computer), I shall be very grateful. Nov 11, 2013 - ok so i will say this 1 more time, already said this years ago: I tried this workout in 2008, and it WORKED WITH RUNNING CARDIO. I ran 2-3 miles then do this workout , i was weak so 1/2 the time i was jogging and walking. But it still worked. After 3 weeks, my belly got much smaller. After 5 weeks, i could find my fuking fat stomach i ve been having since 3rd grade. Sadly, i got fat again, thanks to my parents :))they let me eat to much during that Christmas...LOL, so, try this, have faith and dont stop, u ll get there cuz I DID
