Nov 8, 2008 - Certainly a tour-de-force for Kraftwerk. The fractal graphics used to generate the faces certainly required half the computing power of the entire nation of West Germany at the time to create. Awesome!

Nov 8, 2008 - lol, cheers for that that's perfectly in line with Comedy greats as 'Allo 'allo! Being a native German speaker and having lived for 12 years in London I'm by the time certain myself that it's aurally pretty ugly a language, or at least weird sounding. It is nice written though (and supposedly the clearest language in terms of audibility over a tannoy: "ACHTUNG!!!" being a prime example... ; )

Nov 8, 2008 - Has anyone of you noticed how fantastic tracks by Kraftwerk sound in mp3-files? It's extra-ordinary. It's exactly this song where it's the most obvious. I noticed it when when I heard this the very first time on my iPod, after just having ripped it from CD. I could not believe the razor-sharp crispness of the sound and the utter, complete silence for a second at 1:35 and at 1:37, and how some of the basslines and highhats bounce from left to right... I could go on, keep an ear out for for this!

Nov 10, 2008 - The computer-graphics are made in the USA by the awesome visual artist Rebecca Allen and her team.

Nov 14, 2008 - that is all in your head. Wav quality format (CD) converted to mp3 actually loses much in the compression even if it is compressed to 320 kbps. Mp3 is not a lossless medium.

Nov 15, 2008 - People sometimes say, what can you do with a old computer?, Well make music like this. This must be made at an 8086 or 80186 computer i think.

Nov 26, 2008 - It's true, but in the electric cafe album, the themes merged, and in Kraftwerk performances, the live rendition of Musique non Stop has a Boing Boom Tschak Intro

Nov 26, 2008 - Those computers did not have the ability to process synthesis sounds. Back then, you needed real & expensive synthesizers.
