I have only ever had rude comments from Americans, & when I correct them, They do this America leads the world act!!Which is very annoying for the rest of us! the USA is a New country everything you have you have learnt or taken from somewhere else, This is a "Historical Fact" If Americans could admit that I think we would all get on a lot better! Jun 9, 2008 - SOOOO TRUE. I recently had discussions on America in bellydance forums - it is stunning how top-down, disrespectful, and belittling Americans can be. They know eveything, and everything better. We had a conversation on religion - as I am quite critical of it due to bad experience and fundamentalism in my upbringing I had to have myself told by such an American I a) am not a Muslim b) am too ignorant to care about my rights as a Muslim By an American man who knows NOTHING bout women and discr.!
