It uses both the arms and legs for throws and holds. Freestyle wrestling is like folkstyle wrestling its catch as catch can basically anll body parts are fair game. Its an olympic sport as well. Greco roman wrestling uses only the arms and body for throws no locks are allowed with the legs.

On the street, I think a boxer/judoka would do best. Jujitsu is a great style, but it isn't any better or worse than any other art. I wish I were good at Greco.
