She was criticizing the dancers, saying they weren't being "natural" and that if they couldn't fix that at the performance, they wouldn't be able to go on stage. She's probably crying because she's normally very appreciative of her dancers and doesn't really want to criticize them.

Jul 27, 2008 - Maybe she also felt guilty cuz in the arena tour 2007 she had to cancel another dance as well because it was a dance in the air were the dancers have to dance in a tissue sort of thing.She was worried because the dancers were working to hard and had their hands all mess up from holding on to the tissie thingy and she cry and told them that it was cancel.Maybe she felt guilty to have to cancel another dance for the CDL as well.I feel bad for dancers.Ayu worries to much,sometimes.Still love her.
