There has never been a house to house HIV tst in Swaziland. The figurres are based on HIV prevalence rate among pregnant women who report to hospitals. Until that day when a house to house Hiv test is carried out you got no right to quote figures from the UN.

Unless the blacks stop going around seeking sex from any woman they meet we never going to stop it. Noone can address the AIDS/HIV pandemic, not even the U.S president sir, bcoz u can't stop pple from having sex no matter what you do. The best approach is to encourage our peers to condomise and avoid having multiple sexual partners(behavioural change).
