And so all of the villagers chased Albie the racist dragon, into a very cold and very scary cave. It was so dark and so scary there that Albie began to cry. Dragon tears, which as we all know turn into jellybeans! Just then, he felt a tiny hand on his tail, and he turned around and who should it be, but the badly burned Albanian boy from the day before. What are you doing? I thought I killed you! Grumbled Albie, quite racistly... No...no! Albie, you didn't kill me with your dragon flames. I crawled to safety, but I was left very badly disfigured... Laughed the boy. Why are you crying, Albie? Well, all the villagers chased me into this scary cave. I think it's because I'm soooo racist...get your hand off my tail. You'll make it dirty. They didn't chase you here because of your racism. They chased me here too when I became all disfigured like this. They just don't like us because... because we're different to them. And at that Albie cried a single tear which turned into a jellybean all the colors of the rainbow! And suddenly...Albie wasn't racist anymore!!! WONG: A Chinese environmentalist is accusing Jinghong City authorities of seizing land in Dai village, claiming to use it for farming, but in fact selling it to developers. Property construction has reportedly destroyed much of the ancient forest and fresh water supplies. STORY: Xishuangbanna villagers have relied on their land to survive for generations. In 2003 local authorities seized the land in the name of returning land for forestry farming, however, environmentalist Zhang Zhengxiang says authorities sold it off to developers, for rubber plant and hydropower projects. [Zhang Zhengxiang, Environmentalist]: The forest was destroyed; no land to farm, no crops, at the end people had no water left to drink. Now their lives are in crisis with no place to appeal. No one cares about them. They have been arrested, detained and beaten. Only one riverside village is known to have received compensation. Communist authorities wanted to work with developers to build a hydropower station. At first they said theyd give villages 15,000 yuan per square foot, but in the end it was just 1,500 yuan. Now the village is uninhabitable because it's underwater. Without the forest, water supplies diminished. [Zhang Zhengxiang, Environmentalist]: They flooded the crop fields, farm lands and houses. Villagers were forced to move to an arid hilltop with no water, farmland or crops. They call me day and night to talk about this tragedy - it's very miserable. Villagers now live in bamboo houses in so-called "new migrant villages." They describe their current situation like prisoners who were sent into exile on a solitary island, where they remain thirsty and suffer from the bitter cold.

Totally Screwed Over! Disgaea 2 Cursed memories --- What could happen in the battle with Dark Friday when you challenged her, this is assuming that your villagers get into the crossfire be it a move towards it and getting hit and KO'ed. If your victorious and finish the battle in victory, what will be left after are gravestones in place of those whom were killed during this one battle in Holt Village that includes the villagers. Basically, I decided to defeat most of the villagers in a backup file, and so this is the result. I didn't thourouhly test this but I assume it's probably permanent and to save would leave you in obscurity only to start anew, restarting the game with a new game. Inside Afghanistan opens with an examination of the war as seen by the Afghan army. After a ride with an armored column transporting supplies from the Soviet border. We have tea with an Afghan captain, his Russian wife, and their two sons, as he explains the bond he feels with the other Afghan officers who trained in the Soviet Union. An Afghan colonel explains how these Soviet-trained army officers led the "revolution" that brought the Communists to power. At a tank training ground, an officer extols the "revolution". The documentary then looks at the educated, urban modernizers and reformers who saw the "revolution" as a way to bring Afghanistan into the modern world, even if on the Soviet model: women teachers and medical students, doctors at a children's hospital, boys at a Soviet orphanage, government officials, party members, and a rare interview with then- President Najibullah himself. The second half of the film moves to the countryside, where we visit several groups of villagers who had left the Mujahedin and were fighting on the government side under the same khans (clan landlords) who earlier had led them in their fight against the government. In a peaceful village square, a group of villagers discuss their needs, unaware of the camera, while in another village a government propaganda team entertains and passes out gifts. Under attack by Mujahedin at a remote outpost, we go to the nearby artillery base, which responds with a devastating barrage of rockets and howitzers. In the Kandahar prison, we meet two Mujahedin POWs, who in spite of torture tell us courageously that they still believe they were right to fight. Finally, at a meal in his home, the governor of Kandahar province breaks down in tears as he tells us of the deaths of his sons in this long and bloody war. "Inside Afghanistan" underscores the chasm between the urbanized, Westernizing supporters of the Communist government and the traditional Muslim world of the villages, still based on clan and feudal ties. Without preaching, the film breaks the stereotypes of Communist "puppets" and heroic "Freedom Fighters" (now "terrorists") to give the viewer a new understanding of the tragic and complex struggle for change in Afghanistan - a struggle that is far from over.
